A mexican bowl that is healthy, low carb and keto friendly. Beef nacho base with a refreshing pico de gallo accompaniment. This mexican bowl can be packed to go for lunch too!
We use our own recipe for taco seasoning that's sugar free to flavour the beef. Add in fresh pico de gallo for that refreshing salsa taste. Add in avocado for some healthy fats. The sour cream is optional but we highly recommend it. It complements the savoury beef and sweet and spicy relish. Adding in our Keep Keto crackers adds a satisfying crunch to this healthy Mexican bowl.
TIP: If you want to pack this for work lunch, use a bento box. This way you can keep all the ingredients separate until lunchtime. The crackers won't go soggy either. Or you can pack our Mini Keto Sampler in, so the crackers are separately sealed in their own sachet and can stay crunchy.

1. Heat up olive oil in a frying pan.
2. Brown the beef with minced garlic and onion.
3. Add our taco seasoning and stir though.
4. Add Keep Keto Roasted Capsicum & Chilli Relish to the mixture and stir.
5. Top with cheddar cheese until it melts and stir.
6. Season with salt to your taste buds.
